Return Policy

At hair&nature, we are dedicated to satisfying and delighting our customers. We believe that the products we offer are the best available at our price points. Each product is quality-checked, verified, and then shipped to you. However, we understand that errors can occur. Our return policy is designed with our valuable customers in mind, providing an easy and transparent procedure for exchanges, returns, or repairs. While we hope you won’t need to use this policy, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate an exchange, return, or repair.

Conditions for Exchange, Return, or Repair

1. Item Received in Damaged Condition or with Manufacturing Defect

If you have received an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Action Required: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a couple of pictures of the item(s).
  • Time Frame: The email should reach us within 3 days of the delivery of the order.
  • Resolution: Our team will assist you with a return for exchange, repair, or a full refund in the form of store credit for future purchases.
  • Shipping Instructions: When returning the item, please clearly mention “RETURN FOR REPAIR/EXCHANGE” on the package in bold letters.
  • Note: This policy applies only to orders with a shipping address within India.

2. Wrong Item Delivered

If you have received an item that you did not order:

  • Action Required: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and pictures of the item(s).
  • Time Frame: The email should reach us within 3 days of the delivery of the order.
  • Resolution: We will offer a return for exchange or a full refund in the form of store credit for future purchases.
  • Shipping Instructions: When returning the item, please clearly mention “RETURN FOR EXCHANGE” on the package in bold letters.
  • Note: This policy applies only to orders with a shipping address within India.

3. Discount Sale/Clearance Sale Items

  • Policy: Items sold under discount sales or clearance sales are final and will not be exchanged, returned, or repaired under any circumstances.

4. International Orders

For customers with billing and shipping addresses outside India:

  • Action Required: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and pictures of the item(s).
  • Time Frame: The email should reach us within 5 days of the delivery of the order.
  • Policy:
    • Returns/Exchanges: We can consider exchanges or repairs if you ship the item back to us.
    • Used Items: We do not accept used items for return or exchange. Used items can only be accepted for repair.
  • Shipping Instructions: When returning the item, please clearly mention “RETURN FOR REPAIR/EXCHANGE” on the package in bold letters.
  • Resolution:
    • If the item is exchanged for the same product or repaired, we will ship it back to you free of cost.
    • If the item is returned for a refund, we will issue store credit for future purchases.
  • Additional Costs: The company will bear the cost of sending back an exchanged or repaired item to you.
